Alan Harris started with Pondsco in 2022, bringing over 20 years of business development and operations experience in the facility service industry. Alan directs the daily efforts of the sales team and is always looking for that next client partner for Pondsco to help serve.
In 2012 Mike joined Pondsco, coming over from one of our first customers. With more than 20 years of experience in accounting for a leading commercial real estate company, Mike brings knowledge and a unique perspective from both the property ownership and the service contractor standpoint. Under his direction, the company has been successful in maintaining a strong financial position.
Mike received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
Dave handles all day-to-day service operations. He came to Pondsco after a 20-year career where his history of highlighted success in operations, employee development and training programs was refined while leading teams at Discover Card, Dish Network and Service Source. He’s a creative problem solver who uses innovative approaches to increase efficiencies, improve production and expand employee expertise. He takes pride in each customer partnership and leverages his team’s strengths to deliver exceptional results.
Dave’s passion is the line level employee. In a historically low tech high turnover business, extensive training, coaching, mentoring, and accountability are critical for a stable workforce. Dave takes pride in delivering “best in class” service for each customer via thoroughly trained and motivated employees.
Michael joined the company in 2007 to manage day-to-day operations and direct business development. Drawing on more than 10 years of experience in real estate and finance, he implemented policies and procedures that quickly streamlined critical functions. The results have yielded improved performance, better employee morale and greater customer satisfaction.
Also, under his supervision, business development has shown extraordinary growth. Michael has spearheaded the initiative to transition our service model to include other than retail customers.
